Hello!

I have problem with Mitsubishi FX10K from 2001, on pressing ready button U700 error is appearing.
I have found out that BKO-R8784 give only 240V, 150V only appear for 1s and fade to 0v after power is turned on and off.
What can cause this problem? Is there any solution?

Problem was power supply controling board, one of resistor solder path near connector to power supply was broken.

I also have an FX 20K wire erosion machine. U700 gives wrong PWR SUP error. Could it be the same problem as yours? Can you help me. Can you send a photo of where this card is? I would really appreciate if you can help.

I thought I had it fixed originally found a bad cooling fan on the top of the electrical cabinet. I was told by Mitsubishi that a bad fan can be an issue and cause the alarm. Although the alarm just came back so it's more than just that and I'm working through it with Mitsubishi now. Did you check the fuses I was told that that can also give that alarm.

Yes I checked fuses, look good. The man who create this thread said that problem was power supply controling board - You know maybe what is the name of this board? how it looks like?

For me the u700 alarm started with 1 bad cooling fan on top of the electrical cabinet. I replaced it now a few weeks later the alarm came back. After many test guided by Mitsubishi support. I asked how many cooling fans are in the unit. Answer 13 I had only originally found 6 fans. It turned
out a fan above the CPU started to go bad. Once replaced the alarm is gone.
