I have a customer who has a Mazak vtc20b with Mitsubishi control, the Z drive had a hardware problem. The power IGBT module is totally burned, I tried to get the part number of the module but unfortunately the label is burned too and I cannot read the IGBT module part number.
If can you please help me with that IGBT part number will be great
Drive model (Mitsubishi, Type MDS-B-SP-110)
