Does anyone have information on the M24-5 board?- a manual, trouble shooting guide...
I hoping to find more info on what the indicator lights mean etc.
I have one next to "Servo Fault " and others activated .
When using the DNC to load a program all I get is "please stand by" on the pendant.
I am able to home and move each axis & turn on the spindle .
Its a MT-22 with tool changer & Columbo spindle.

I am looking for a schematic of the M24(-2) board. Does anyone have a copy of the schematic?
One or more of the optocouplers on the board related to the homing sensors, are faulty.

Help greatly appreciated!!

Does your M24-5 have a serial interface? My brother bought a Multicam M24 with no manual and doesn't know how to use it.
