Is he is running his own server? I can't imagine any commercial host having this much down time. Even if you are getting gang raped by Chinese data harvesters like Baidu a commercial host can just block them.

There is a Facebook page, but there hasn't been anything real posted there since the notice of "CamBam 0.9.8N (beta-6) development release" in 2012. I guess he could put some PayPal purchase links on the Facebook page.

Since getting into the bridge mill routers a little more seriously (different crowd than the classic machinist crowd) I've passed up atleast a dozen chances to mention CamBam because I don't know if people can actually buy a license anywhere right now.

I was actually looking to see if there was a CamBam users group on Facebook, and there is one.
