Exclamation NC Program Upload Error/Network Connection Lost

I've been getting "A Socket Error occurred, Check the network connection to the Control" error message whenever I log in and open NC upload program on Front End PC.
It started happening ever since we migrated network from HSSB to Ethernet.
and symptom is the network configuration saved on NC upload program is wiped out (IP address, Port, connection type selection, etc.) and we are having to manually input everything back to set the connection again.

Would anybody know what could be the reason for this issue?

    HELP NEEDED!!
    THANK YOU!!

There might be a conflict between old HSSB settings and the new Ethernet setup.
For example, if the NC upload program is still trying to access the device via the old HSSB port settings, it might fail to connect and reset the saved configuration.

Re: NC Program Upload Error/Network Connection Lost

    Hi,

how would we be able to check to make sure it is tying to access via new ethernet set up? or change configuration so that it is trying to access via new ethernet set up?

    Thanks,
