    Exclamation Need help! Error 120202 and no connection to the NC/PLC

    Gentlemen,

    Looks like I need your assistance. Have Hankwang HS3015 Laser with 840D PCU 50 Sinumeric controller hooked up. This Monday's morning, the latter has stopped to output a video to front panel LCD as well as a monitor connected to secondary VGA output. Replaced the controller with a backup unit, one showed a picture immediately, yet rendered itself non-functional because of 120202 error (please refer to the photo attached). The question is, what would the best approach in troubleshooting the problem described?

    Any kind of assistance would be appreciated. Thank you un advance!
