Hi,

I am new to this and I have run into a problem with touch probing after I have grounded my table to the ground pin.

My setup is that I have a power connection to the machine torch tip, and from a wire clamped to the cutting plate going to an input in the software.

This results in input activating when machine torch tip touches the cutting plate. All good ????

However, after I grounded my table, this will no longer work. When the machine torch tip now touches the cutting plate, the power goes to ground instead of to the software input because there are less resistance that way.

Have anyone got a solution or some suggestions for this problem? I was thinking some insulation between the cutting plate and the ground, but that defeats the purpose of the ground itself.

Hope you can help.

Thanks alot!
