i have a puma 2100 m was working fine we shut it down and 2 days later when i turn it on the machine won't move in z +
on handle x moves normal z moves in minus (-) direction but not plus (+)
on home selection x go home z doesn't move
on mdi the machine moves and even sent it to home in z

i do not get any alarm , when i move the handle in manual z value does not move but shows an (I) next to de numbers

any idea what can cause this problem

Problem solved one of the ends of the tool prove was stock

The letter "I " is for Interlock.
Compare the G130.1/2/3/4/5/67 and G8.0 coils.
Whichever is off during the movement request holds the answer to "why?" in its rung(s)...
