Need help with 8 Axis wire forming machine

My company has purchased this machine from China, that has very little support or training material. I am looking for any assistance getting it up and running. The machine was pre-programed with the pieces that are to be made but when the programs where run, the machine axis crashed into each other, breaking some parts of the machine. I have been able to reprogram one piece and make it successfully but it took many, many, many hours to figure it out. I am looking for someone to mentor, training info, design software, anything. I am at my wits end with this thing. I am located in South Central Virginia about 35 miles north of Greensboro, NC. PLEASE HELP ME! This thing is about to push me over the edge.

I hear your frustration! Chinese 8-axis wire forming machines can be tricky without proper support. If you can share the machine model and controller type, I might be able to point you to some resources or software that could help. Also, have you checked CNC forums or YouTube for similar setups?

This is a good example of what happens when people look only at the price of a machine, and not the totality of what it takes to make it function correctly. What you're essentially buying is not just a pile of hardware, but a promise that it will do a job. Buying a machine without support is like hiring a mechanic who seems strong and willing, but knows nothing about fixing cars. You're getting a body, but losing a mind.
