Hi,
Can anyone point me to the way I should wire in my E-stop button. Nothing on the board is marked. I'm thinking between GND and in5 contact? With out it I can't clear the e-stop in MAch3.

This is all the info I have. I do know that the e-stop is set on pin 10 which means very little to me for connections.

With out it I can't clear the e-stop in MAch3.

If you change the Active Low setting, you can clear the estop in Mach3 without even using the switch.

Finally I have some axial movement. X,Y and Z all work as expected but A only rotates in one direction regardless of any wiring or setting changes I make. I have checked all wiring and settings for all axis and they are the same but still A rotates in one direction only. I have checked the stepper motor to be sure and it works on the other plugs as expected.

More revelations in the journey to get this BOB operating. After consulting the idiot in the mirror it is now working on all axis and the relays click in and out while the spindle control seems to work. As yet I have not wired up the spindle to verify this. I now have the BOB working on 24volts and will look at possibly 48volts when it is all transferred into an appropriate box. Along the way I learnt a few things that I hope I can remember next time I build up a control box.
If anyone wants the settings I have, just ask, more than happy to share the info I have gained for this TB6600V2 Board. It does look lonely with only 2 parts to get the axis moving, I have to figure out the VFD which is another 2 parts to go into a box.
