    Question Nickel 201 machining

    Well, I have some 2mm thick Nickel 201 plate to machine.
    Anyone have any cutter and speed/feed suggestions????

    Sounds great Roguish! A 5 Flute Variable Pitch End Mill would be my first choice for Nickel 201. A 2mm Plate is thin, what would be the tool diameters you would be looking to use? Usually I'd be around 150-200 SFM and the CLPT depends on the tool diameter. Sorry this is late, hopefully it helps!
