Activating M8 FLOOD COOLANT ON:
I get roughly anywhere from 8-15second delay on my INITIAL M8 command

My issue is my initial pressure is so terrible, it shoots out residual coolant left somewhere in the line for 2 seconds... Then it shoots out and air splatter for 8 seconds .Once the pressure is built it shoots strong. But between tool changes it's inconsistent. Not really knowing anything about how liquids and hoses work... My thoughts think there's a collection of air or chip preventing my pressure from building immediately. But then again, I'm no maintenance guy.

I cleared out my machine lines manually (the blue plastics+ orange tips) no chips.

I checked the valve check at the pump by the tank, no chips.
The tank is completely clean I even felt the floor of the tank.

I checked the valve check inside the housing above the spindle(clean spring + brass internal component and plastic washer), no chips air sprayed inside to the manifold connecting to the separate line. Air sprayed back from the lines into the manifold. Played with turning on and off with check valve shut.

I read the 560v's pumps aren't the best flow. But I read nothing of any recognizing 10 second delay on coolant hitting their tools. Any other places I can look?

If my coolant hose shapes around like a J, meaning it goes to a downward loop then back up straight up could this cause a backdrop?

Our company bought a bunch of machines from another company and so I'm trying to make them meaner.

Help thank you!!!!
