Hello,

We just bought a Kira VTC30E (1996 year) vertical machining center with Fanuc 21 control and today I have been playing with it first time. I found a problem with the tool indexing. Below is the list of the positions in the ATC:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

But machine is indexing the positions as

1 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2

So when I call to T3 the machine loads T9, when I call T7 then T5 is loaded instead etc.

Any idea of where the problem could be and how to solve it?

I answer myself.
Today there is no problem. I suppose the problem disappeared after returning the machine to the home position...

I have the same problem , but it didn't work just buy doiing the home positions , somebody have a solution for that ?

nevermind , I fixed it by swaping 2 phases on the main breaker ...........
