    OSAI EE004 Timeout tolerance error Z

    Hello All,
    I am new to his forum and having issues with one of our cnc machines. The cnc is a Bulleri Brevetti with an OASI series 10 controller, the Z axis servo system is a Yaskawa SGDH-10E and motor. The problem is an EE004 Timeout tolerance error Z axis. First we thought it may be the regulator on the counterbalance cylinders but that seemed to be ok. Then we uncoupled the servo motor and jogged in the + and - direction but still getting the same error. Any help or advise as to why this error is coming up is appreciated.

    Found that when the motor is coupled to the load it was only faulting in the - direction and that the Yaskawa drive was the problem.

    Hi. Found this old post about Your t.t. error and hope that you still join the cnczone. We are having this fault on Our cms pf102 and it occurs on the a-axis at the homing-cycle and in between sections in the cnc-codes ( at toolchange ). Did not quite get what the solution became in Your experience of this. Would you be so kind to give me some details?

    HAVE YOU MANAGED THE FAILURE TO REMOVE. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM FROM GREECE TIME TOLERANCE Z. PLEASE HELP YOU

    We are running a CMS Brembana CONCEPT 1700 for kitchen countertops and dining table, and have nowadays blocking errors:
    - EE001 "Servo error axis X"
    - EE001 "Servo error axis Y"
    - EE004 "Time out tolerance error X"

    Even if I reduced the % RAPID, % FEED and % SPEED errors appear randomly...

    If anyone have already encountered such errors, it would be helpful !

    Hi,

    I have had this error occur a couple of times now on our machine and each time I replaced the bearing blocks on the X-axis and everything was right once again. I found that I have to replace the bearing blocks almost yearly as this error comes up around that timeframe. Each time the bearing blocks were full of swarf, no grease and some times even missing balls. I think it struggles to accurately position itself when the blocks are in such a state.
