Perfect solutions for making a professional CNC router

I've seen a lot of improvisation and semi-solutions for the X axis, but I like this one the most
    Attachment 463156
    Attachment 463158
    Attachment 463160
    Attachment 463162

I accidentally found it on this site https://vallder.com/en/c/alu-profile...-200x96-detail

I would like to see some examples if someone made a CNC router with this profile so if they can show us an example of the whole router. I am interested in the impressions with the vibrations and stiffness of that aluminum profile.

Xzero looked at this extrusion a few years ago, I'm not sure they may have extruded there own at one stage in a much thicker section, this Extrusion is to light in the web to be of any use for a CNC Router

No, strength has little to do with wall thickness but only with the positions of structural stiffeners. The ribs that stiffen the profile are placed directly according to the resistance of external forces. The thickness was calculated so as not to increase the inertia of the profile to improve the dynamics and resonance resistance. The profile was constructed by a team of experienced engineers who took into account the dynamics (lightness) and resistance to bending and resonance.

The profile was tested before being put into series production and the results were identical to those expected during design and simulation.

Bolt holes are made for M10 and the holding force is proportional to the length of the thread, the user determines the depth of the thread and thus increases the holding force.

The projected holding force of the screws on one side of the profile is 36000N and 72000N total on both sides, which is oversized but is therefore evenly distributed.
