mastercam book

hello every 1? i m looking for mastercam book wich include Lathe & Milling both i lear last year mastercam 9.1 just basic i just learn littlebit about 2D i dont know about 3D and i dont hv chance to get job to make programing but i wont to learn more so wich book i should buy is there any name so i can search on Ebay??..or any place u guys know..told me......plz
