Jay Kramer introduces Dynamic WCS
Dynamic WCS is a fast, intuitive way to change work coordinate systems, when working on multiple sides of a part in Mastercam.
Import a customer model and apply Dynamic WCS to orient the part and write a program to machine the first operation.
Then use Dynamic WCS to apply work coordinate systems to the remaining sides of the part.
All of your machining operations are contained in one file and you verify the part complete.
Jay breaks down the process to a series of simple steps. You will be wondering why you weren’t using Dynamic WCS from the beginning.
