Remote I/O alarms are from the HR371 card
On this machine you will have 2 in the NC unit and depending what is on your machine you will have some on the IF card in the electrical cabinet check that these are all plugged well in and not loose
If the I/O card is on a swing out door check the conection CNC8 on this card best way with machine not in cycle wobble this plug to see if you get the alarm
