Fine Line Automation

Bought some steel track from them in Mid April...took way longer than expected to get the material...almost 2 weeks later I requested to cancel the order a confirmation email was sent that it had shipped...upon receiving the track I request a return...which took another week for them to even respond with an RMA...I return shipped it UPS it was delivered, and now the same runaround on my return...no response from phone calls...no response from email...if it was a small dollar amount I would just forget about it it isn't worth the hassle...I have been more than patient and just want my return after 3 weeks...I really hate resorting to post like, I absolutely hate it. They have over $100 of mine and I want them to make it right...I will never do business with them again.
