Setting Default Tool Library in SC10

I recently upgrade to new PC hardware and as a result I need to reset my SC10 settings after the fresh install. I saved off all my custom default files, like my tool library. Now that everything is back in place I can't seem to remember how to set the default Tool Library to "MyTools" library.

How do I have only one tool library listed?
How can I removed the other displayed libraries?
How do I get only "MyTools" library set as the default?

I haven't been able to figure it out or find any reference on the web.
