I vote $30-$45 or less. Why?

1. No mid band resonance damping.

2. Peak amps are not real world amps. Saying peak 7A then a less RMS value says these will not run a 7A motor.

3. No micro step morphing.

The only positive item for this drive versus a Gecko 250 or 251 is the higher voltage. This is assuming the 70v stated isn't a fail at voltage. If this voltage is in the same light as the 7A, then it is only worth $30 each drive (or less). The biggest draw back is that this is a new drive from a new company. No idea if you will still be around in a year, and no idea how hard it will be to get a replacement drive if one fails, or how well warranty service will be met.

These will have to be priced fairly cheap as many people will look at the track record of Gecko drives and shy away if you price too much money.

That seems to be a fair price for a lot of components. The max motor voltage, is that power supply voltage? If the drive can handle up to 80v power supply, that is indeed a robust drive. At 5A, you also meet a niche market between the 3.5 and 8A of the Gecko line.

Where are these made? You list Houston, Texas, but write like English is a second language. I think it would be a huge mistake to say made in U.S.A. and be found out as made in another country. Integrity is important. Integrity is more important than where these are made.

Max motor voltage is power supply voltage. But it is unipolar stepper drive, Gecko is bipolar drive.

Products assembled in vietnam. Driver will ship from houston

Looks like a good repairable drive. These cost more to make.

$39 is ok with a high quantity, but charge $60 for 1-10. No other 80 volt drive is any where near that cheap.

Maybe sell the PCB and instructions for $29.

BTW, why not make a bipolar ?

Official price will be after I finish working with the aluminum cover producer.

bipolar controller cost will be high, because using MOSFET drive, and a lot more power FET
with unipolar drive, I can reduce costs because only 4 MOSFET, I use transistors to drive mosfet

Microstep mode setting by dip switch. you can setting full, haf, 4 , 8, 16, 5, 10, 20 microstep mode
