Upgrading from -2 to -5... what parameters do I need to record?

Ok, I've decided to bite the bullet and upgrade all my cards on my 1990 4020 from my current -2 control to the -5 control with 8Mb of mem. Hopefully I will be able to communicate at 38K or maybe 115K instead of my current 4800 baud and should have plenty of memory to store smaller programs.

With this upgrade, I get to swap out almost all the cards since all my cards are too old.

What all should I record before I do the swap? I took pics of the following screens:
SETP
Fixture
Tools
Backlash

Are there any others I'm forgetting that I will need once the new cards are installed?

Any other words of advice before I make the swap? I'm assuming there really isn't much to it other than swapping cards and resetting the parameters.
