I've got to get my machine moving again...

Since I've changed houses I lost my old laptop that I used on my cnc router so I connected an old pc to it and setup everything so I thought. Now when I try and job my machine the motors just buzz and don't move. It has to be a setting in TurboCNC cause I replaced the controller board and put a new gecko 201 in to test. Here is my setup

1 - Axxus DB1 Breakout Board
3 - Gecko 201's
3 - KP56LM2-097 Stepper Motors in Bipolar Configuration using black/red & green/white wires (1.8 degrees/step)

I'm a little confused on a few of the settings. How do I calculate some of these

Pulse Width: 10?
Step Pen Active High or Low?
Direction Pen Active High or Low?
Acceleration: 2000?
Start Vel: 250?
Max Acceleration: 1000?

I can't think of any other way to test the system but I do remember having this same problem when I first built this thing years ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
