Old Mazak Slant turn 15 fanuc 6t not ready?

Hi, Yesterday i picked up an old Mazak slant turn 15 with fanuc 6t control. It worked nicely at the seller so we transported it back to my workshop and i got it powered up today. But now it wont run! The screen shows not ready.

I noticed the spindle drive show a phase order alarm so we swithed 2 phases and the alarm went away. But no luck on the not ready issue. I have no alarms on the control and all the end limit switches seems to be in order. There’s no electrical shematics with the machine so i have very little to work with. Does anyone have any ideas that can point me in the right direction? And if someone has a wiring diagram it would be great!
