EZ-PATH 2 Not Working after Software Re-install

Hi. The HDD got corrupted on our lathe. I went to re-install the software and it installed fine. The software comes on after boot and the machine homes and rapids fine. However, whenever I try to do a cycle or just a feed, it immediately says the move is done. An interesting thing is that if I try to do a feed without the spindle on, it will tell me the spindle is off, then I turn the spindle on and the feed will go. Or a rough cycle will do that too, but just to the first move and then stop.

What should I do?
