CNC Shark alignment?

I have a new CNC Shark HD that I have been experimenting with.

It has some alignment issues, and the time has come to adjust the alignment. There is no information available in the manual on how to do this. Getting access to their forums also seems to be a challenge.

So any help on how to measure the alignment, and what to specifically adjust, would be appreciated.

I can put a dial indicator in the chuck and drag it along a reference plane. Any other tricks or tips?
