Please help with Best Machine Selection

Dear Sirs,

I have to buy a new or nearly new Vertical Machine Center with 4th or 5 th axis capabilities .
Our work is to process large blocks of aluminum of 400X400X80mm where we have to take out near 70% of all the material and process all the faces .
The posibilities :

DMU Eco 5 axis of 2011 , in good condition about 60K .
Haas VF3SS New with 4th axis 91.000 Euros
Quaser MV-154 New with 4th axis 98.000 Euros
Doosan DNM-500 New with 4th axis 99.000 Euros
Makino PS-95 New with 4th axis near 140.000 Euros

We need to process >100 pieces per year , so we need to decide the best option.
