Responses to Private E-mails not getting through

To the group of you that have been sending me private e-mails on the zone:

I am not ignoring you! For some reason when I send a response it never gets to the person. I have tried turning on the tracking and even copying myself on the messages and it never goes through.

It's frustrating because I am spending time typing out long answers and responses and it being wasted.

If you need help or advice on plasma CNC, MACH, SheetCAM, etc best thing is to drop me a line at Tom(at)CandCNC.com replace (at) with @.

At the least, include your e-mail address (not on the zone) in your e-mails so I can respond.

We have tried to keep up with phone calls but it's been a little crazy for the last 3 weeks. The shop number is on the website.



CandCNC will be closed from this afternoon until the 27th.
