Need help for DeckelMaho DMC 63V

wa have a machine "DeckelMaho DMC 63V" with CNC SIEMENS SINUMERIK 810D,
on startup shows us this error message "si e'interrotta la comunicazione con l'NC " (you can find this error in photos attached) .


and the SIEMENS coupler IM 361 indicates a communication error (SF LED lights up in red) with the CPU Siemens reference 'CCU1 810D CPU SOFTWARE VERS.1.6 ....'
which shows itself an error (both LEDs SF and PF light red and the PS indicator lights flashing red) we already changed the coupler IM 361 module by another new one , but still the same problem .
