Plasma cutting machine CNCTG5000 panasonic driver err49.0

I have a plasma cutting machine(CNCTG500 with MicroEdgePro) with 3 servo drivers. A few days ago the torch stopped and i cannot move it manually at all(it shows on the screen CNC rail positioning errror and if I try on the transverse CNC transverse positioning error). The error 49.0 is shown on the driver that belongs to the up and down movement of the torch.(the error code says: bad signal from encoder and replace the motor). The odd thing is the motor don't have an encoder. I've tried to change the cable connections from the third servo driver(with the error) to the first one to check if the driver is damaged. It showed the same error. The torch cannot move on axis only up and down. Please help!
