Hi all I am new to this forum as well as with enRoute. I cannot seem to find my Construction Toolbar or anywhere in my preferences to turn it On or Off.
Any help would be much appreciated.

it should be in the pull out bar under your setup tab. It's been a while since i have use v5, but i but i believe it's still in the same spot.

You should contact SAI. I know in the past they used to offer replacement keys, for a small fee or maybe even free, so long as you sent the old broken key back to them. This may no longer be the case, though since they are really pushing their subscription plan now which does not use hardware keys.
