need CNC / Engraver for wood projects

Hi,

Brand new to this field. I have a need to router 1/2" deep designs in cutting boards and will then fill with colored epoxy. Also I need to be able to engrave client's business logo and information and have it be dark enough to easily read. I need to perform these actions on cutting boards that are 18" x 13" x 2". the actual designs and engravings will be smaller than the total surface area. long story short I need a table that the board will fit on. I would rather not spend a lot of money on this first machine but do want a reliable one, say in the $300 to $600 dollar range. any adise will be extremely appreciated.
