What software to use to restore the settings?. *.lst file, Fanuc 0-T

Hello everyone.
I searched for a long time on Google, did not find the answer to the question and I came here again.
I recently bought two Victor machines for our family company, this time I bought a Victor Vturn 36. In the USA they are sold under the Fortune brand.
First machine started up successfully (despite the dead battery), the second machine has a problem - the parameters have been lost. I am not an electronics engineer, but it is very interesting for me to delve into this knowledge.
I have a file with parameters, they were kindly provided to me by the seller.
File extension is *.lst
The electronics engineer reported that this file is not accepted by Ladder lll and other programs known to him. They read other files like *.cnc

I am attaching a screen shot and a screenshot from the parameter file.

Machine model: Victor V-turn 36 (Fotune V-turn 36)
Year of manufacture: 1999
Cnc: Fanuc 0-T (monitor sign)
Fanuc 0T-C (inside file data)

Which software is right for me to restore parameters?
Is there a manual for loading parameters with this file extension?
I'm worried that I have the wrong file and data that will not help me in restoring the parameters, in the video I found, I saw other data with a different data construction logic...

You will likely need two or three files. There will be one for the CNC parameters and another for the PMC settings. There may be others, such as programs, macro, etc.
The O controls only used RS232. I recommend using NcNetLite from Cadem. It's freeware and works very well with the older controls. https://cadem.com/free-dnc-download/

PM me and I will send a procedure on how to restore the memory. The backup you have is from a long time ago. There will be changes.

you will need 2 files,one will be the cnc parameters from 0-9000 and one for diagnose that will be from 300-700
The file you have is for the diagnose parameters,are llisted so you have to eneter by hand
the format you have is not compatible to send it via RS232 to machine
Can you say hat is the serial number of the machine from the rear plate of the machine on the electrical cabinet door====MD-????

I would need to see the complete file. The CNC and PMC settings will be in two different files. It's possible that the paperwork you have will include both.

I sent the procedure. Your paper copy has both the CNC and PMC settings. Be sure to enter the 900 parameters first. Cycle power and enter the remaining parameters. Cycle power again and enter the PMC (Timers, Counters and Keep Relays)

On a faulty machine, there is no electric circuit diagram. The engineer is afraid to act according to your instructions, he asked you to ask if it is worth acting or is it impossible to do without the help of a fanuc specialist?
I am not an expert, but I think that it is possible that the electrical circuit will be built based on the entered parameters ... or perhaps it is hidden from prying eyes. I could be wrong.

0:17 electric circuit appears on a working machine
0:40 an attempt to find an electrical circuit on a faulty machine, it is not there (possibly erased from memory?)

From a quick look at the video, it does not look like your parameters are missing. The first image you sent shows the servo settings missing. This is strange. I would recommend following the procedure. You will need to fix the CRT display first.

It looks like you have a bad CRT display. If you look on the back of it, you will find small adjustment pots. Sometimes you can adjust these to take care of the display issue (horizontal, vertical, roll). Most of the time you only need to adjust the one labeled BRIGHTNESS. This will help you to see the ladder logic. The 0 control does not need a CRT to run, but it helps. Do you have another CRT that you can swap out? I would recommend trying that if the adjustments do not work.

The ladder logic is stored on an IC chip. You can not damage it with parameters. You can set some parameters so that the control will not read the chip program correctly.

Parameter 60 bit 2 for ladder display for 0T-C and 0-TD,0T-F
For 0T-A nad 0T-B the ladder is not visible

well, good news from todays morning. Engineer did it, it works, its only left to run turret and timers, he do not worry about that allready.

There is another problem - "1047 turret error" - can you help here please? he does not know how to "find the parameter and in which column that is responsible for the first tool in the turret"

the turret needs the zero return
did you tryed to call a tool and the turret make a full turn and than stop on tool number 1?
diagnose D685.0-8 tools,D685.1-10 tools or D685.2-12 tools
As far as i know the number of the tools is done by the sequence of the sensors on the back of the turret

He cannot rotate the turret because the electroautomatics are not fully entered in the parameters - the parameters of the "keep relay" are not entered.
The parameters of "keep relay" are not entered because they cannot find the parameters that are in the photo.

Also, the Engineer says that there are no values ??for "Timer" in the parameters - because of this we have oil error and spindle does not rotate.
Perhaps in other parameters we need to enter "1" somewhere again so that the parameters "keep relay" and "Timer" are displayed for change, but does not know where exactly.
Can you tell me how to find these parameters (Keep relay and Timer) to display and change?

all the keeprelay ,counters and timers are on diagnose from 300-700
from 0-300 are the inputs and outpus,X,Y,F,G and can not be edited are only dor info,but from 300 untill 700you can enter exactly like in your documents

It seems that the reason for everything is damage to the memory board. Recently, error 910 (Ram Parity: (low) started appearing, even after applying the 901 parameter.
