Feeds and speeds charts for indexable end mill

I am new to CNC machining and am starting to set up the CAM for some aluminum test parts - to gain experience and check the performance of my new ATC build.
I purchased an indexable ISO20 tool holder/indexing mill cutter (not a NA brand), which uses two EPGT1135 inserts, and has a cutting diameter of 21mm.
My research into feeds and speeds, MRR, chip loads, etc. is ongoing, but I don't feel I have the confidence yet to figure this out for this type of cutter.

I would appreciate it if someone could pass on a link that could give me a starting point for determining feeds and speeds for such indexing end mills/face mills.
