Re: Fanuc OM Homming Problem plz help !!
Make sure you do not have any Stored Stroke Limits set. Search your Parameter Manual for STROKE LIMIT, and make sure nothing is set wrong in there.
Grid Shift Parameters are for 0 control - 508,509,510,511

If you have Incremental Encoders. (meaning no batteries in your Servo Drives) Gird Shift will help you set Home Position if lost.
Try turning on your Control (OMC) while holding down P and CANCEL. DO NOT HOLD DOWN ANY OTHER COMBINATION. This will clear SOFT LIMITS and give the machine a chance to re-Home.
1) What is the history of this machine with you?
2) Was it working then suddenly stopped Homing?
3) Did you loose parameters and this started after reinstalling them?
4) Does it not home in all axis or only one axis?
5) Was any of the electronics messed with?
As was already mentioned... check your limit switches. Seems like your Deceleration Dog is stuck on. Or you have Stored Limits set.

thanks for your reply
my machine have only batteries to parameter only
my deives have not batteries
my all parameter was lost and am making a new parameter collecting from all net
and when finishing all error and make homing ALL Axies
i found the machine takes the home in current position without touching any switch
All hardware like switch or other mechanical an electronic all are well
all i need now how to delete all homing from machine , and whos parameter is related to makes machine takes homing in currect position
Re: Fanuc OM Homming Problem plz help !!
Have you tried anything I've suggested? Like P CANCEL on Startup and checking into Stored Stroke Limits?
Grid shift is what you use to set Home on an Incremental Machine. (No batteries)
Getting Parameters off the Net is not going to work unless you get parameters for a nearly exact copy of your machine.

Re: Fanuc OM Homming Problem plz help !!
Do the X Y and Z HOME indicator lights light up when you try Zero Return? If not... you're not actually Zero Returned.
Are you holding the button in the whole time or one push.
If you have a Mode knob, make sure it's not rotated on the shaft so when you think you're in Zero Return you might be in something else.

Another example of some one finding a switch problem was causing a Homing issue.
