Superspacer 4th axis loses steps when gong slow.

I have a 6" superspacer (P/N 34123) 4th axis. When it's rotating slowly, it's losing steps. I think stepper motors have less power when moving in partial-step increments. Any ideas how to remedy this? Are there driver setting or something?

I figured it out. The DIP switches on the driver board were on the wrong setting..

If you have access to the driver settings, you may want to consider increasing the current or adjusting other parameters to provide more power to the motor during partial-step movements.
