I'm trying to repair a Haas Vector Drive. This is not the first device of this model that I'm trying to fix, but this one in particular has something special. When I supply it with 230VAC and I give it the command to start the motor, I measure the output voltage from the "OUTPUT TO MOTOR" terminals, and the indicated value is 0.
