Biesse Rover27 Communication with Device errors
Hi, I'm running Biesse's Rover 27 with XNC. I was running patterns just fine until it started requesting a slot reset after I press the stop and reset buttons to clear or swap a program, and would claim I performed a manual tool change when I didn't. It would not respond after clearing a program with the stop and reset buttons, so I would have to restart the system which would fix the issue until I finished a program and it thought I was doing a manual tool change. This issue evolved into now not allowing the cnc to connect internally and throwing different errors at random in 2 instances. One instance when I boot up the computer the XNC loads but throws an irreversible halt and claims there's no non-volatile memory available. The second instance tells me I/O module missing and IOS cards 0-7 are missing. Ive checked the CMOS and it's fine as I've heard that's an issue with the non-volatile memory. Any one have any ideas what I could try to start troubleshooting further?

Additional errors that have popped up.
PLC 390 > No non-volatile memory available. (NVRAM)
PLC 375 > Time-out during communication with a device (ax.0.0.0)
PLC 387 > Irreversible HALT
; System boots with either one set of errors or the other. seemingly no indication of what causes which ones to appear, randomly selects a set and displays them, original thread errors included.
