Need help with XHC MACH3 USB Motion Card! NcUsbPod.dll

I bought a machine from a guy in Florida who closed his production
and his children are not involved in CNC production like him
and it has a Chinese card installed that works via USB from a Dell laptop on Win10,
everything worked until a certain moment, maybe I downloaded something
by accident update for Win10 and now I can’t get everything back
even through a restore checkpoint

all I could google on chinese websites were
several versions of files called NcUsbPod.dll,
there are versions from 2016 and 2018,
I tried these files but my machine does not connect to mach3,
when I press reset I see the message
“find No XHC NcUdbPod”

I bought a new USB cable and noticed that a new device appears in the Windows device manager when I connect the machine via USB, but there is no connection with Mach3
