Novakon Pulsar Rigid Tapping issue

Hello All, I have recently purchased a Novakon Pulsar Mill. Having an issue with rigid tapping and hoping someone would be able to help. So I have made some progress by getting the code sorted out and having to flip the switch in the BOB... but when I run the code with z-1. A18. the mill travels the 1" but the spindle only spins 1 rotation and not the 18 required to a 5/16-18 tap. Has anyone had this issue? or can share how to fix the issue? any help would be much appreciated. I did reach out to Novakon but have not had a response. Thanks in advance!!
