Mitsubishi Meldas M300 (FCA320M) Not Coming to Ready
Help please!
Anyone have PDF manuals for a Mitsubishi Meldas 320M control?
My VMC has been working great for years, but having a problem this morning.
The Mitsubishi Meldas 300 control on my VMC (Advanced/Mighty VMC500)powers on and displays the Mitsubishi Meldas 300 Series splash screen, but it isn’t coming up to ready! The ready LED doesn’t light up green like it was/should.

Control type FCA320M with these boards:
MC712, MC111, MC721, MC611, MC301
Attachment 513803
LEDs the MC721 (top to bottom):
LED1 (Red) System alarm=off (OK)
LED2 (Green) System ready A=off (NOT OK)
LED3 (Green) System ready B=blinking (OK)
I have a manual for M320V (different from 320M I guess since it doesn’t show my boards) that says that for the MC712,that LED1 (red) should be off and it is, but that both LED2 (green) and LED3 (green) should be either on or blinking, but LED2 (System ready A) is off.
My MC721 board has:
LED1 (red) System alarm=off
LED2 (green) System ready=on
I don’t have any documentation for the MC111 board (CPU, I think), or MC611 board, neither of which have any red LEDs lit.
I checked the backup battery voltage and it is above 3.7V (I replaced the original a while ago as a precaution).
Suggestions?
I do need to let the machine warm up sometimes to get the drives to enable, so I will leave it on for a while and keep trying.
I have read that can be related to old capacitors wanting to be warmed up.

Pictures of pages 36 and 37 from my MITSUBISHI CNC MELDAS 300-V Series MAINTENANCE MANUAL (HARDWARE).
Again, I would love to find any and all PDF docs for the Mitsubishi Meldas 320M control and hardware.

Freqrol spindle drive shows fault code 27 (CPU fault)
Axes drive displaying (in sequence):
F1 22
F2 22
F3 21
Here’s a video showing the drives and fault codes and 320M control and boards with LEDs.
