Error 414 Z-axis error detect servo alarm

Hi,

I'm using a Hwacheon Ecomil 65V with Fanuc 18M brain. Upon startup, the oil cooling unit does not turn on as it normally should and I'm given an error "414 Z-axis error detect." I am not able to move the machine or start the spindle. I have had this problem before and have resolved it previously by filling the hydraulic oil reservoirs as they were low. The oil has been filled and the machine was running fine yesterday. Today the machine produced the error upon startup and the oil levels are all fine. Any ideas?? Thanks a lot
