Hi,
My name is Jeff Cooper, ("Coop"), AA1WW. I has always been fascinated by electronics. I was an EE for many years and now teach at a community college in Massachusetts, USA. The "Maker" revolution has broadened my interests to include some robotics/mechatronics. I've built numerous electronic things and a few mechanical things but none of it ever looked really nice. Anyway, I'm thankful for this website and its forums.
Best Wishes to All,
Coop, aa1ww

Hi all,
I am 3 weeks away from my bachelors in Engineering Physics in an BS/MS program concentrated in space systems. My hobby at the moment is 3d printing. I have a Hictop Prussia clone that I built and plan to upgrade. It has been very useful in my senor design project. My next endeavor is to build a CNC router to use on wood mainly mainly reliefs. My 3 year goal is to build a cement 3d printer and build my next house :)

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the CNC/Machinist game. I have been in telecommunications for the last 25 years and my business partner and I wanted to start something new so we bought a Mighty Viper VMC- 950 mill and a Hwacheon Hi-Eco 21hs lathe. I come from a family of machinists and did a little back in the day but now it's a whole new world. I look forward to hopefully adding to the group here.
Thanks
