I need programming manual for Tornos-Bechler ENC - 264 (Parametar table, functions, sub-routines, etc.)? And which software and cable can I use for programming this machine (Software for WinXP or Win7)?

I need help in a deco 26, when it is working it loses its position (z4 \ x4). Whenever she will cut the piece. I have already made the mechanical reference (t40) at the base of the guide.
Could it be the servo motors or the drive? Anyone with this problem?
how i can change the parameter on ENC 164 GE Fanuc OTT controller.
i need to change language and i know the parameter but i dont know how to edit them.
i also happen to have parameters for ENC 164 with some Manuals (German Language). can provide but also looking for the favor. i have two machines one with live tool (with IEMCA) and one without live tool (with FMB) and i am totally novice in this field and i really need help to operate these machines. where i live we dont have any operator and technician for these damn old machines. a video conversation can also help.

I got a TORNOS ENC 74 but no programming manual or user manual.
I pretty much figured out how to program it based on the programs it had inside when we got it, but unfortunately not all of it...
My problem is that I want to turn off the cutting oil for a moment while cutting off so it doesn't wash away the small part while doing it.
Is there any way that the machine can do movements with M9 function active?
As soon as I turn off the oil, the machine stops. Alarm message says: AVANCES BLOQUEES: ARROSAGE
The thing is freaking me out, I never saw something like this that the machine doesn't let you run because M9 is active...
Hope someone can help with this. Would be also great if I could get a full M and G codes list.

I have bought recently a Tornos enc 264 and have a problem with its c axis. I reference its c axis and can give degree with G0 and fast move but cant give degree with g1 and sancron with x or y axis i also change its feed to mm/minute and mm/round. Thanks all friends and need immediate help.
I'm Currently working on a ENC164.. I need to adapt a program to cut a 10-32 thread .35" long on the sub spindle. I do not understand what all the variables mean it the G163 line. the line on a similar part with a M5X0.8 thread is: G163A.0315B-.220C.197F.010H-.0185I.001J58K1M3Q1R.250S.197T.010U0V.030W0. Our Swiss programmer left the company and the new guy (operator) has no Tornos experience. CNC is not my area of expertise . if you could help explain this code it would be a great help. thanks
