I used to write the PLC programs for these machines for the importer in melbourne. If you can send me some contact details i should be able to help you either with the original PLC program or an alternative one. Where are you located?

Hi there, I have a similar problem, lost the PLC program after the 24v power supply failed. batteries had low voltage and didnt save it. Its a kasuga TC-100 with heidenhain TNC415b controller, has tool changer, was originally sold to Trico by Internation Machine Tools. IMT.
