Collet adapter

I'm using a Bosch Colt trim router as a cutting tool.

Can anyone point me to a source for parts/information to adapt the collet for use with bits that have shafts other than the 1/4" diameter that the stock collet holds?

Since we are asking, does anyone also have a source for the Hitachi router.
