Using Industry Standard NC - Can't put tool away?

Hey everybody,

Been using my Hurco BMC 4020 with Ultimax 3 for quite a few years now (been pretty happy with it by the way). I use Fusion 360 OR Bobcad to generate toolpath for anything complicated and I noticed the other day that I couldn't put the tool away when the program was finished i.e. T0 M06?

My part is such that I can't set stops for the Y so I have to drop and indicator for each part and confirm.

Anybody ran into this? Kinda weird.
