Kao Ming KMC-2000SD (M03/M04 do nut work)

Hello,

I have Kao Ming KMC-2000SD with FANUC O-M, and it was working properly.

One week ago it stopped respond to M03/M04 commands without any alarms, while the spindle respond to M19 command and return to it's ATC position

I have checked all hardware items(valves, sensors, air presser, oil ...etc.) everything is OK.

Does anyone have an idea about this issue?

Our parameters erased and we need a software backup.
