iZ-2 Control Host Program problem

Hello!

We bought a used Matsuura MAM-600HG with Yasnac i80M controller. We have it connected to computer with coaxial network cable and we are supposed to use iZ-2 as a file server for the machine. Computer sees the machine fine, and connection analysis on the machine shows no errors, but when trying to update files from the computer it gives us "socket error" message and obviously doesn't see any files. If anyone would have any help on this, it would be appreciated!
If I can use another program to do this please let me know and I'll give it a go.
