Haas TL-1 coolant pump not working

I recently relocated my machine to a new shop. It hadn’t been used for close to a year. Now my coolant pump won’t come on.
This is what I’ve done-
- Swapped it to my mill and tried it and it came on no problem
- checked continuity on pump breaker, all good
- the light on the circuit board lights up when I manually press the coolant button on control
- plug gets 120V to one leg when button is pushed and just leakage voltage on the other

I’m leaning to a relay issue however I have no idea where it is. I would swap the one from the mill to test if I knew that. If anyone could point me in the right direction or tell me something else to try I’d appreciate. Thanks.
